When a candidate joins, they get a randomized identifier. Something like "Product Leader P23." Consistent enough to keep their profile stable. Anonymous enough that nothing personal crosses the line.

The matching engine compares your private JD or criteria form against every candidate's signal profile on six dimensions:

  • Role alignment: the function, seniority, and title type you're hiring for
  • Compensation fit: your range overlaps their target
  • Timing alignment: their availability meets your timeline
  • Location compatibility: remote, hybrid, or on-site
  • Experience signal: relevant context, no company or school names
  • Mutual dealbreaker check: both sides screened for hard stops before any match surfaces

The algorithm never uses name, photo, age, school, or current employer. Match score is purely professional signal. No bias. No noise.

How Anonymization Works

Candidate submits signal data. Role, comp, timing, location, dealbreakers. No name, no photo required.

System generates a randomized ID. A secure process creates a consistent anonymous identifier. "Growth Leader G47." Reveals nothing personal.
